Sales Specialist/ promotion specialist/ customer development
Responsibilities
1.According to company product features, develop new customers
2.According to the business requirement, pay the customers a return visit regularly, and follow-up new customers
3.Maintain good communication with local dealers and visit local farmers
4.Assist sales manager to complete field test demonstration work in the area
5.Organize the meeting of farmers, product promotion, etc
6.Other tasks assigned by leaders
Qualifications
1.Able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
2.Strong sales consciousness, can independently develop and manage new customers
3.Affinity, good at maintaining good relationship with customers
4.Good sales performance and lots of negotiation experience
5.Bachelor's degree of any disciplines(plant protection, agronomy, and horticulture related major is preferred). Have some working experience on fruit tree disease and pest control
